It was a pleasure to have lucked into Jay Reid. After receiving the "treatment" from several other "service" techs, with inflated estimates and outright improper service pitches, Higher powers saw fit to send Jay to set things right. He replaced our entire system at a price that beat anything that I could purchase wholesale and at a higher level of quality. Thanks to all of the reviewers that gave a heads up about Jay Reid. Jay came out right away and fixed my A/C in less than an hour around 9 PM while some others couldn't come for about a week in 100 degree temps. He was fast, efficient and honest about what he was doing and would highly recommend him to anyone.
